"Bob" Parks is a member of the School Board of Broward County, Florida, which oversees the Broward School District, the largest fully accredited school district and the fifth-largest overall in the United States (based on enrollment). He has been a member of the school board since 1986. He is also the director of the Teaching and Leadership Center (TLC) at Florida Atlantic University.
