To enhance distance learning education through developing an effective English Language learning pedagogy based on internet and e-media. Analyzing and Designing the distant learning system of Bangladesh Open University (BOU), so that students learn better English, increase usability internet and computer technology through an effective manner. Thereby the objective of this project is to develop the English language background of the students of BOU, making their only medium of education that is the television program effective through increased interaction, redesign the system with web based facilities, and thus develop a new complete and enhanced distance education system.
