Chad, a baby gorilla, lives in the secluded Rwandan mountains with his family. One night, as they are sleeping peacefully amongst the trees, thieves steal Chad away and take him to the circus. Chad enters into a long terrifying journey as he discovers the world of humans. But when he meets other animals in a similar plight they plan their escape.
