In this title, the authors consider such definitions of temporal functions which follow from the quantum field theory, and further on their basis they examine experimentally checkable theories: the theory of optical dispersion, the theory of multiphoton transitions, the theory of condensed states, the theory of phase transitions of the first kind, the theory of near field. The offered approach allows resolving such known difficulties, as the defining of physical sense of some renormalisation procedures, the so-called 'superluminal' phenomena, etc.
