Ted Reader is an award-winning chef, author, and product developer. He spent five years as the Executive Chef of President's Choice and developed the recipes in the Dave Nichol Cookbook and the PC Barbeque Cookbook. He is a regular guest on Regis and Kelly and he also makes regular appearances on the barbeque circuit throughout the United States.
