Joseph Chitanta was born in Lusaka, Zambia. He has worked over 15 years as a manager and director in the information technology, digital television and consumer electronics business in multinational organizations. He graduated with a master's degree in production engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology, and an executive master's of business administration degree from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and the Warsaw School of Economics. He unveils the obvious things that cause most managers and new employees to lose their jobs from a remarkable and unmet perspective. There aren't that many books out there that so outstandingly address the major reasons why managers and new employees find themselves getting laid off for obvious reasons. Joseph Chitanta is also the author of the unique and very well received "The Destiny of an African Boy".
