This book is my lessons learned about managing change in organizations. I have had two careers - big company career-track positions (14 yrs) and management consulting positions/assignments (13 yrs). This book is not about what is going on inside of people as they transition. Ultimately we all own and are responsible for what is in our heads. My book is short and geared towards taking action. If you are managing change in a big organization, this is what you need to know. That is my point-of-view. I hope your aim is good. This book will help you get what you are aiming at.
