The rules said that all I had to do to qualify was have a good GPA, be an active student on campus, and if I was chosen, it would take three days. I wasn't naive enough to believe that those were the only requirements necessary to become a member, but I had no idea that a year of my life would be dedicated to joining an organization that I never became a part of.
