A new one on Hunting Court. An old man moved into a house on Hunting Court in the 1950's. He was a busy man who worked for a local newspaper. After he retired he became lazy and less social. He didn't take care of the house. He wouldn't shovel the snow off the porches in the winter or mow the lawn in the summers. A policeman actually had to go to his house and tell him to mow his lawn. Matthew Morgan is a young man right out of college who wants to pursue a career in business management but he has a terrible time finding a job. After seeing an ad for a real estate agent who has management experience he applies for the job and gets it. He has worked for the real estate company called Montgomery Real Estate for about a year and a half when he is assigned to work on a house on Hunting Court. The owner of Montgomery Real Estate calls Matthew early one morning in November and informs him a new one for himself. Matthew leaves the warmth of his bed to get ready for the day.
