Instead, these brainteasers include at least one letter that occurs two times in every row, column, and diagonal. That makes it harder to eliminate possibilities and complete the grid. And there's more: in every spread, the phrases in the two sudoku are related. So, one might have "breakfast", while the other has "cold pizza"; "dentistry" and "candy bars"; and "eyestrain" and "nude beach".
