The Special Advisory Services Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat has been supporting the Caribbean Tourism Organization in developing an overall tourism capacity building program, looking at strategic planning and best practices in tourism resources management, among other areas. This book has been funded by the Commonwealth Secretariat to provide a tool for policy makers and others with an interest in Caribbean tourism.
