A final two-page spread presents a timeline capsule biography that lists significant events in the painter’s life. Renoir—Dance at Bougival shows and discusses Piere-Auguste Renoir’s festive painting, which places many of his personal friends in the picture’s foreground. Painted in 1876, it now hangs in the Musee d’Orsay in Paris.
