This book, which is dedicated to the humanitarian work of Diana, Princess of Wales, has been authorized by The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund and by the Estate of the late Princess. The Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund was set up in September 1997, just days after the Princess's tragic death. It seeks to create a living memorial to the Princess, by giving recognition and support to people living on the margins of society and helping them change their lives.
