Kevin Northcote (born 27 July 1938) is a former Australian Rules footballer. He played 14 games for Hawthorn in the VFL between 1956 and 1959 and kicked six goals. His debut match was the 1956 Round 12 clash with Collingwood at Victoria Park. Northcote later played with Launceston in the NTFA during the 1965 season. Australian rules football, officially known as Australian football, also called football, footy or Aussie rules (and in some regions called-erroneously-AFL, after the Australian Football League, the only fully professional Australian rules football league) is a sport played between two teams of 22 players (18 on the field, and four interchanges) on either an Australian rules football ground, a modified cricket field or another modified sports venue.
