Noel Clarke (born 26 December 1930) is a former Australian rules football player in the Victorian Football League, (VFL). Noel Clarke joined Melbourne in 1951 and played most games at full forward. He played a major role in the 1955 Melbourne premiership side by kicking three goals in the Grand Final. Australian rules football, officially known as Australian football, also called football, footy or Aussie rules (and in some regions called-erroneously-AFL, after the Australian Football League, the only fully professional Australian rules football league) is a sport played between two teams of 22 players (18 on the field, and four interchanges) on either an Australian rules football ground, a modified cricket field or another modified sports venue.
