Harry Hickey (born 19 July 1917) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with the Footscray Bulldogs in the VFL. He began his career as a rover and half forward flanker before he moved into the centre during the 1939 season. He would go on to win their best and fairest 3 times, including one in his final season. After retiring he coached Rochester in the Bendigo Football League. Australian rules football, officially known as Australian football, also called football, footy or Aussie rules (and in some regions called-erroneously-AFL, after the Australian Football League, the only fully professional Australian rules football league) is a sport played between two teams of 22 players (18 on the field, and four interchanges) on either an Australian rules football ground, a modified cricket field or another modified sports venue.
