Francisco Jose Medrano Magana (born July 14, 1983 in San Salvador, El Salvador) is a Salvadoran footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for Once Municipal in the Salvadoran Premier Division. Medrano joined Alianza Reserves from San Luis Talpa Reserves in 2001 and was barely used for the seniors in the next season, prompting him to leave for Luis Angel Firpo where he did get significant playing time. In 2010 he moved to Aguila, but again he did not play regularly and joined Once Municipal for the 2011 Clausura, only for them to be relegated.
