RubA©n Torrecilla GonzA?lez (born 24 May 1979 in Plasencia, CA?ceres) is a retired Spanish footballer who played as a midfielder. Torrecilla started his career at CF Extremadura, and broke into the first team in 1999, but only amassed eight matches in two second division seasons combined. He moved to third level side Novelda CF in 2001a??02, on loan without any success. From 2005a??09, after another spell with Novelda, Torrecilla played one season each in division two, with CD CastellA?n, Ciudad de Murcia, Granada 74 CF (created upon the disappearance of the former) and Alicante CF (freshly promoted into that category).
