Naval Base Stadium or Army Stadium is a football stadium in Lumut, Malaysia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and serves as the home stadium to ATM FA. It also sometimes hosts home matches for Perak FA, whenever their home ground Perak Stadium is not available. The stadium holds 12,000 people and opened in 1980. Soccer-specific stadium (or football-specific stadium) is a term used mainly in the United States, Canada, Australia and South Korea coined by Lamar Hunt, to refer to a sports stadium either purpose built or fundamentally redesigned for soccer and whose primary function is to host soccer matches, as opposed to a multipurpose stadium which is for a variety of sports including soccer.
