They joined the Sussex County League Division Two in 1961. They have reached the 3rd round of the FA Vase five times in their history. In January 2000 former Brighton & Hove Albion defender, Danny Hinshelwood was appointed player manager at the age of 24. In the 2005-06 season, they were runners-up in the Sussex County League Division Two and were promoted to Division One, where they remain to this day.
