Teddy Williams (born July 3, 1988) is an American football wide receiver and cornerback for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Cowboys after he went undrafted in the 2010 NFL Draft. He did not play college football, and was a sprinter at the University of Texas at San Antonio where he broke the 10 second barrier in the Fall of 2009. Williams was signed by the Dallas Cowboys on July 31, 2010. He did not play football in college, but the Cowboys wanted to make use of his speed by having him play cornerback.
