Peniel Kokou Mlapa (born 20 February 1991 in Lome) is a German Togolese born footballer who currently plays for TSG 1899 Hoffenheim.Mlapa initially played at FC Ismaning, 1999, he moved at the age of eight years as TSV 1860 Munchen, where he held up to all U19 youth teams. On 12 September 2008 he got his first assignment in the 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 Regionalliga South, when he was in the U23 game against the 1. FC Heidenheim 1846 Over the 2008/09 season he was two short appearances in the reserve team of 1860 won for themselves, but still remained a regular in the U19.
