On 9/11/2001 Clinton Stevens returned to his native home of Queens New York only to find disaster. As New York City starts from ground zero, Clinton Stevens finds himself on the steps of the United States Navy once more. Clintons First Enlistment becomes a stepping stone; he plans to approach his Second Enlistment with a goal oriented mentality. He makes a personal pact with himself.
