The author says, "Few engineers write about what they did. My aim is to convince more American students to study engineering." The vocational counseling book also includes information about all the countries where he worked and the interesting people he met during his career. Jo Edward Davidson was born and raised in Detroit. He is presently retired and lives in Memphis.
