The main objective of this study was to conduct and extensive epidemiological survey of haemochosis under various environmental conditions in order to observe the kinetics of its larvae. The detection was carried out thorough ELISA and therapeutic trials were conducted using various herbal, biological homeopathic and allopathic drugs. Homeopathic drugs showed better results than other drugs. Future suggestions are described in perspective of the emerging diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.
