The two most commonly involved pathogenic bacteria in the periodontal disease are Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans(A.a) and Porphyromonas gingivalis(P.g). A.a is a member of green cluster while P.g is a member of red cluster causing destruction of periodontal tissues.
