This book provides good understanding on the prevalence of poultry coccidiosis in local chicken kept under free ranging management and Rhode Island Red (RIR) breed chicken under intensive management. Coccidial species in the study population were identified and compared also the natural resistance of local chicken and RIR breed chicken to acute infection with E. tenella field isolate in experimental study.
