Kisspeptin is a neuropeptide hormone released from the hypothalamus to stimulate the GnRH release and regulation of the anterior pituitary secretory function. My book clarifies the effect of kisspeptin-10 on the secretions of LH, FSH, GH and PRL both in vivo (cattle and goat)and in viro (Anterior Pituitary). The book offers procedures to synthesize kisspeptin-10 in the laboratory, preparation of the assay buffers for the hormonal analysis.
