This book has been a run-away success right from the day it hit the stands. In less than eight months the first edition was out of stock and the reprint also did not last for long. Such a response was ample proof that the contents, the format and the book as a whole was appreciated which is also evidenced by over 500 letters received by me in praise of the book. So the book stay unchanged with addition of a chapter on Cytogenetics in this edition.
