When the Nazis came to power, he didn't feel at home, but was persuaded to gather intelligence and data for the British. At first everything seemed to work, but the British demands were getting more and more difficult. JOHNNIE CRYSTAL (1944), has been a researcher all his life until his retirement from physical chemistry. His interests however, had expanded to include air travel and world history.
