12 Stories Of An Appalachian Christmas And Coloring Book is a collection of my favorite Christmas memories. Set in the hills of Tennessee, these stories recall a simpler time (not too long ago), and the traditions which continue to this day. These short stories are full of fond childhood Christmas recollections of trimming the tree, drinking homemade hot cocoa, and enjoying special one-of-a-kind gifts. More importantly they convey the important lessons and values I learned growing up in that simple Appalachian community: taking care of others, spending time with family, doing what is right, and celebrating the true meaning of Christmas.
