"Murder on O'Hollow's Eve", is a historical fiction/mystery/horror that takes place in Salem, Massachusetts around 1775. Mr. Hartings, a good friend of Mr. Andrew Moore, ends up dead. Lieutenant Jaykinson, a British soldier lodging in Mr. Moore's house, claims that Mr. Hartings death was caused by the siting of the house's resident ghost, Maggie Moore. However, was this death caused by suicide or murder? "The Minuteman from Lexington" is another superb short story that honors the American Revolutionary era, but with a twist. Mr. and Mrs. Blakenship have moved from San Diego to Lexington, Massachusetts to begin their work at two of Cambridge's major universities. When they move into their new house, they uncover a journal that dates from the 18th century, written by a young minuteman named James Willis. They begin to read this journal, and discover a significant surprise about the Battles of Lexington and Concord that could change the way history is written about this event...
