A unique young man, Hero, is called upon to break the curse that has afflicted the magical land of Archadeon. Leaving behind his nest with the talking animals of the east, Hero travels west in order to reunite a kindred race with their land of promise, made desolate by the evil dragon prince, Maverick, a task that he will use all his power to subvert.
