Bullying is a huge problem in our schools; but what doesn't get much attention is that bullying is relatively EVERYWHERE - in our workplaces, in practically every social setting, including places of worship and other sanctuaries which preach taking the higher road. But, how often do we REALLY take that higher road, and by our failure to do so, what is our role in contributing to bullying or bullying-type behaviors? It's worth exploring more deeply.
