To teach children the recital of the holy books is important. It is even more important to teach them tolerance. By doing so, the Arab world would regain its glory as a region of rich cultural and educational heritage. The new Arab Spring leaders must realize that truth breeds reconciliation; reconciliation gives rise to peace; a peaceful society is a happy society; a happy society is a prosperous society. With meaningful mediation, the region would once again exist side-by-side with its diverse cultures. As a region christened the cradle of civilization, it is only peace and harmonious relationships that can bring back such glory in a land, which gave birth to two major world religions and other heroic exploits.
