Rev. Phil Anderson's retirement from the ministry loomed. He's fought a good fight and has kept an enduring faith. No doubt in his mind that a crown of righteousness awaits him as a godly man. But with a declining health and a religious mantle at stake, he turns to his two sons, whose aspirations and religious inclinations differ respectively. His older son Richard encountered a vision and was handed a scroll to lead the church, while Ricky's mind was set exclusively on becoming a senator or a president; therefore accepting his father's mantle means depending on the church's benevolent tithes and offerings something he detests right from childhood. Who would then be the next godly man to inherit Rev. Anderson's religious mantle?
