Has your search for love and fulfillment not ended? Mary Magdalene has misunderstood the kind of love Jesus offers. After becoming Jesus's disciple, she follows him wherever He goes. Over and over she tries to get Jesus's attention and time, but to no avail. Finally Mary curses Jesus and abandons Him to his true followers. After Jesus is arrested, tried, and condemned, He passes Mary on the street. She rushes up to Him and screams into His face, ""Why? I warned you this would happen! But no! You couldn't just go away with me! Don't you understand, Jesus? I loved you!"" At that moment, blood falls from the corner of Jesus's eye onto the top of Mary's foot. With all His strength, Jesus manages to whisper, ""Mary, this blood is for you."" Tears that were stinging and clouding her eyes now washed the confusion away. Mary discovers that she has no choice. She has to run for the cross.
