Kate Ennis was not weird, or stupid, or crazy, or conniving, or any of the things that make a person super interesting. She was a normal, everyday Jane. Normal came to a screeching halt though when she was awakened in the night by a thought or a smell, she suspected. She found out that she was wrong when she flipped on the kitchen light to check the clock on the stove and there was an enormous man sitting at her table like he owned the place. After a brief struggle that ended with him pinning her to her couch with his hand over her mouth, he informed her that she is no longer Kate Ennis, plain Jane, but actually the only female descendant of Irish Royalty and if that weren't enough, she was cursed Irish Royalty. To break the curse she would have to face many obstacles...meaning crazy, weird, and more literally mythical complications. All of the myths, legends, and other strange anomalies must be encountered and overcome to solve the puzzle, calm a curse, and save a country.
