?Dinner that night is a blur. Everyone is chatting over drinks about things they miss from home, and how they can?t wait to lounge in their comfy, over-sized beds. They try each other?s food, and laugh out loud at the exotic flavors. I hear only the stories Ashley told us. Like wild madness buried within me, I only taste the flavors of adrenaline mingled with intent. Both are equally enticing and bitter on my tongue. I excuse myself from the table and pace outside. I want to fight back. We finish packing our suitcases, and, within the hour, are on our way to the airport for our midnight flight to Korea. The whole day feels like a blur. While packing the car with our bags, our tin-tin driver looks at me and, smiling, says, ?Do not forget Cambodia.? I fight to find my breath.?
