In this book, Dal outlines how we could counter the turmoil that Obama Care has put into our health care and establish Community Health Care Co-Ops, utilizing Chambers of Commerce in each city to administrate a community health care program. In the book, he doesn't take insurance out of the equation but tells how communities could offer a $50,000 deductable insurance policy to every individual and let everyone in the Co-Op share alike in basic health care for each other. In his research, Dal learned that several health care Co-Ops are operating successful in providing health Care to co-op members. Dal was able to show over a 50% reduction in premiums and provide 100% coverage for each individual. What a breakthrough this could be to the health care program. Dal also gives some pointers on how we could return our educational system back to parental control, through a Parent Church Schooling program.
