Minka has entered into the doors of Cat Heaven. When Minka the cat first arrives, she meets her angel buddy, Chloe. Chloe will be with her every day during the first phase of Cat Heaven before ascending to Higher Cat Heaven. Chloe tells Minka that she can have any wish fulfilled that she thought was left unfinished on Earth, as a way of purging the past before ascending into Cat Heaven properly.
