In a Victorian world of steam, two young freelance explorers are recruited by a secret government agency, The Artifact Recovery Agency, to help track down the dangerous Steam Baron who is plotting to take over The United States. The Steam Baron is building an army of zombies and vampires, secretly kidnapping striking factory workers across the country and exposing them to the Red Steam transforming them into a formidable army.
