Casey's eyes shifted from Vicky, balanced precariously on the platform edge, to the other passengers waiting for the train to pass. She stopped for a fraction of a second, almost mesmerised by the whole situation and so aware of the panic that was rising up within her that she struggled to think clearly. Truth and Mercy glanced expectantly at Casey, their hands ready on their swords. They really did not have time to wait for her words. There were so many Demons surrounding Vicky now and the Angels knew what their intentions were but without Casey's words they could not act. Demons of all sizes suddenly revealed themselves and now formed a barrier which blocked Truth's and Mercy's path to Vicky. The awful rasping and the snarling noises that the Demon's made were so loud that it only infuriated the two great Angels.
