Confidence comes from thinking and problem solving that works. This leads to a sense of moving in the right direction. The prescription proposed here is no radical theory of logic and semantics, but simple keys to wake readers up to the reality that confronts them. We have witnessed the limits of value free analysis and cognitive rational thinking in the Socratic tradition. That said we have gone through a period of unconscious incompetence where bosses purported to have all the answers and workers remained passive and reactive to conscious incompetence; where a series of cosmetic changes were initiated to energize the workforce with counterproductive results.
