Based on actual events, a decade ago a serial killer and practicing Satanist tormented the small New Mexico Town of Truth or Consequences. He eluded justice by dying in only eight months, leaving behind his girlfriend and daughter, suspected of participating in the killings. A decade later a young artist buys the nearby ghost town of Cuchero, one of David Parker Ray's killing fields. Josh experiences apparitions and hears the screams of the tortured dead. He finds a bloody wedding dress in one of the old houses. The dead reach out for him, calling for help beyond their unmarked graves.
