Richard C. Kelley is an educator with thirty-two years of teaching experience. He has taught Junior High School, High School, Junior College, and College level courses. He has a M.A. Degree in Guidance and Counseling and has worked with Vocational Rehabilitation students. His main interest lies in the teaching of religious values and principles. His booklet on Relationships is the direct result of eight years of teaching Psychology at religious institutions.
