That most likely would be interpreted as someone that is involved in an awesome business venture who has time to make the type of living that they please. On the other hand, if someone said in a grumpy voice, while shaking his/her head from side-to-side, "It's time to make a living." That could be interpreted as someone with a job without much hope or promise who regrets having to go to work everyday. Well, for all intents and purposes, this book is clearly to uplift the "Wow" in everyone when it comes to making a living.
