Cosette:The Wilted Rose tells the story of Marc and Cosette, a married couple who are enduring the onset and development of Cosette's Alzheimer Disease while entering the time of their lives that is supposed to prove most promising. Marc must learn to deal with the deterioration of Cosette's mental state and the actions/behaviour of a woman he no longer knows, but still loves. This is a truly compelling story, with rich detail and interesting characters that make the unique situation engaging and heartrending. Seeing their interaction through crisp back-and-forth dialogue is the most endearing part of the story.
