In 1970, Gabrielle Stone arrives to the mysterious town of Shadow Bay. Obsessed with a folk legend dating back to the 1700s the town residents are convinced witches and their ancestors have been running the town with black magic since the shipwreck of the Merchant Widow. Gabrielle reclaims her forgotten name and life with a new sense of belonging, only to have them shattered when she discovers the real reason she was summoned to Shadow Bay. Gabrielle must declare her title as a witch and overthrow the ringleader of the evil coven that has been terrorizing the town for centuries. She must defeat the evil Catherine Caulder, who has plans for her, that not even she could have fathomed.
