This story is about an employee who was neither head or chief of an office, but charged with the running of the daily administration along with nine co-workers who had their respective tasks pertaining to the administration and was condemned by the court in First Instance to 48 days imprisonment with the deduction of the time already spent in arrest and a probation period of two years and 30 days. This story is based on a true occurrence and gives a complete tale of the manner in which coworkers, police, witnesses and even the court manipulated statements in order to find a victim and could not conclude the reality of the case, thereby causing the case to result in an unsolved and incomplete matter.
